Two transversal layers accompany any tier: an add-ons layer — specialized monitoring of the chiller plant, UPS and generators, vertical transport, and fire detection — and an advisory layer — efficiency engineering, measurement and verification (M&V), ESG reporting, and building-specific SOPs.
