For a chilled-water office building, Keedian engineers the Chiller Plant control sequences — chilled-water and condenser-water reset, chiller and tower staging, pump control — and runs the savings evaluation that quantifies the expected efficiency gain (kW per ton against design). The mechanical plant itself — chillers, towers, pumps, piping, and their installation or overhaul — is executed by your plant-service vendor; Keedian owns the sequences, telemetry, and the savings case. Distinct from the Chiller Plant Monitoring add-on, which continuously monitors whether the plant runs within those sequences — ΔT, sequence compliance, and efficiency — once they are live.
