Backup redundancy lost.

A critical backup point drops from ready — it loses the designed redundancy it was built to hold (N+1, a dual feed, or a backup unit). The severe end of the same alarm is the point going fully not-ready. Read-only: Keedian surfaces which point lost its margin and refers the correction to the customer's electrical / power vendor.

Preconditions
The critical-point list and each point's designed redundancy confirmed per building; every readiness signal (UPS mode / battery, generator AUTO / fuel / test, ATS state) mapped and verified before the rollup is armed.
Human role
AI detects the readiness-state transition, attributes it to the specific point, and routes the vendor referral; operators confirm the drop is real (not a stale or mis-mapped point), notify the customer, and coordinate the electrical / power vendor.
Action plan
(1) Point-mapping sanity check first — confirm the readiness signals for the affected point are current and correctly mapped before treating the drop as real; a stale or mis-mapped point manufactures a false redundancy-lost alarm. Do not report the building exposed on an unconfirmed point. (2) Attribute the drop to the specific point and reason — which UPS, generator, or ATS, and whether it went degraded (operable, no margin) or fully not-ready. (3) A degraded (no-margin) point is a scoped, time-boxed referral to the electrical / power vendor; a critical point gone fully not-ready is an uncovered outage — notify the customer and vendor out of cycle. (4) Keedian surfaces the finding and the recommended action; energizing, repairing, or servicing the asset stays with the customer's electrical / power vendor.
Escalation
(1) A critical point fully not-ready → direct customer + electrical / power vendor alert before the next primary-source failure; do not hold for the MBR. (2) A degraded point that stays degraded across consecutive reviews despite a referral → carry into the MBR as a backup-infrastructure candidate. (3) Point mapping cannot be confirmed / the readiness feed is unreliable → pause posture reporting for the building until the mapping is reconciled rather than reporting a false loss of redundancy.
Prevention
(1) Confirm the critical-point list and each point's designed redundancy at onboarding so the alarm reflects the building, not a template. (2) Verify every readiness signal maps correctly before arming the rollup so a mapping fault is not read as a lost redundancy. (3) Keep a per-point log of redundancy-loss events so a point recurringly dropping to degraded surfaces as an aging asset for the vendor's replacement plan.
