Delinea Secret Server credentials provisioned; HAV site list / IP map current; request explicitly marked Temporary.
Human role
EMS technician executes the timed override after validating the request is temporary (not permanent) and within policy.
Action plan
(1) Validate the request is Temporary — if Permanent, follow the Permanent Setpoint Adjustments SOP instead.
(2) Log into Delinea Secret Server; on failure escalate via the Client Escalation (ClickUp) SOP.
(3) Open Chrome inside the remote environment and select the HAV store from bookmarks (or look up by IP from the HAV site list).
(4) Locate the units in scope and apply a timed override for the current day only — do not change permanent setpoints.
(5) Record site, units, original setpoints, new values, and override duration in the ticketing system.
