(1) Filter ΔP sensor not present and recurrence > 1 event in 14 days → dispatch with airflow scope (filter, blower, dampers).
(2) Blower fault confirmed remotely → dispatch within 48h; comfort risk grows as building load increases through the day.
(3) Recurrent dampers / ducting issue → flag for capital review (not a maintenance issue).
(4) High DeltaT co-occurs with a Temperature Compliance failure → out-of-cycle notification to client; comfort impact is in progress.

(1) Filter-replacement cadence calibrated to site dust load — high-dust sites (urban, food-service kitchen exhaust) need shorter intervals than the manufacturer default.
(2) Damper-position audit at install and at quarterly cadence — closed or stuck dampers are a recurring source of high ΔT that visual inspection catches early.
(3) Blower performance baseline captured at install — gives the operator a reference to compare against when remote signals first deviate.
