(1) Confirm the off-hours floor against the site's own overnight minimum — flag, do not auto-attribute (no weather/occupancy normalization in V1).
(2) Walk the end-of-day checklist with the site: lighting/signage timeclock or contactor, HVAC night setback, no refrigeration case in continuous run.
(3) Where sub-metered, attribute the residual draw to the exact circuit and point the site at it.
(4) Energy Intelligence reads the meter — we guide the fix; we do not switch loads remotely.
