Action plan: (1) Confirm the approach against the configured trip threshold and its trend, not a single reading. (2) Correlate condenser and staging state for a controllable cause and attempt a remote correction where exposed. (3) Prepare the rack-loss contingency (product at risk across the rack) while the correction is attempted. (4) Dispatch the refrigeration vendor with lead time before the trip, evidence attached.
Escalation: (1) Pressure continues to climb toward the trip after remote action → urgent dispatch and store/customer-ops alert; do not hold for the MBR. (2) Approach recurs on the same rack → controls/condenser review candidate.
