UPS battery capacity low.
A UPS battery bank's usable capacity has faded below its agreed band — an aging bank whose bridge is thinning, even while the UPS still shows online. Read-only: Keedian surfaces the fade against nominal and refers the battery service to the customer's electrical / power vendor.

- Each UPS's nominal capacity and acceptable fade band confirmed per unit; the capacity signal mapped over SNMP (UPS-MIB) or Modbus and verified against the baseline before the metric is armed.

- AI trends capacity against nominal, flags the crossing below the agreed band, and routes the referral; operators confirm the reading against the confirmed baseline, notify the customer, and coordinate the vendor's battery service.

(1) Confirm the reading against the UPS's nominal capacity and fade band before treating it as real — a bank at expected end-of-warranty capacity is not scored the same as one failing early.
(2) Attribute the fade to the specific UPS and, where the interface exposes it, the failing string, so the vendor is pointed at the exact unit.
(3) Read the capacity as a trend rather than reacting to a single value — battery fade is a slope; a step change suggests a string fault or a measurement issue to confirm.
(4) Keedian surfaces the fading bank and refers the battery service; replacement and UPS service stay with the electrical / power vendor.

(3) Trend battery capacity at load per UPS so age-driven fade is scheduled for replacement ahead of the readiness threshold.
