The boundary is Keedian's field-services model: Keedian captures the signal, routes it to the responsible vendor (the licensed fire / life-safety provider), and keeps the evidence and audit trail for compliance. Keedian does NOT control or maintain the asset — fire detection and suppression equipment, its servicing, and its certified inspections stay with the life-safety provider. Keedian never acts on a fire signal in place of the certified system.

Model B, scoped per building: supervisory, trouble, and status points read from the fire-alarm panel's monitoring interface. Optional instrumentation layer: a read-only pressure transducer on the sprinkler riser / fire-pump discharge (and, on dry systems, the supervisory air line), tapped on an existing gauge port; because this is a life-safety system the tap is performed or coordinated by the licensed fire contractor and may require the AHJ to be notified. No sensor-by-sensor cost modeling.
Supervisory and trouble signals in scope are managed on the same 24/7 basis as the rest of the contract — surfaced, classified, and referred to the customer's licensed fire / life-safety provider with a recommended action; the inspection record is retained as compliance evidence. Loss of communication with the panel is escalated. Keedian never acts on a fire-alarm signal in place of the certified system.
