Refrigeration Rack Pump-Down Performance

Whether the rack's pump-down sequence completes as commissioned — reaching its pump-down setpoint within its delay, not aborting, and not repeating abnormally. A pump-down that fails to reach setpoint, is left incomplete, or short-cycles risks liquid return and compressor damage. Setpoint and delay alone do not activate the metric: it requires a pump-down request / state plus suction pressure and timestamps as evidence the sequence actually ran.
